How Do You Serve Your Customers/Clients?

I was handed a customer importance sheet recently by Chris Walters, CThru Windows. (thank you.) It contained several great reminders of why our customers/clients are so important. You can apply this to patients, tenants, members – whatever your business.

“A customer is not dependent on us, we are dependent on him.” Think about that for a second or two. Without our clients, where would your business be? We need them.

“A customer/client is a part of our business, not an outsider.”  They are an integral part of our daily business.

“A customer/client is not an interruption of our work – he/she is the purpose for it.” Take time to return the call.

“’A customer/client is not someone to argue with or try and match wits.”

“A customer/client is a person who brings us his/her wants; it is our job to fill those.”

“A customer/client is deserving of the most courteous and attentive treatment we can give.”

“A satisfied customer/client is the lifeblood of our business.”
